Rojo at ISPO Germany

Well it's on to the next one and the next stop was ISPO tradeshow in Munich Germany.
one of the biggest trade shows in the world and the best place to showcase the new Rojo 2011/12 range.
We had a very successful show with some new European region distributors getting on board, so stay tuned to your local region in Europe to see where Rojo will be distributing to next.
Tori Beattie was able to come down across from Austria where she is setting herself up for the season and help out at the show.

here are some images from the show.

Here is the video summary of the first Freeride World Tour stop for the girls. I got a bit of interview time, and ended the day in 6th place - which was a great start to my first competition in Europe.

SIA Denver Rojo Launch

Well the show is underway and it's looking busy. Gene our New US distributor has us all booked out for the 4 days that the show runs for. We built the stand in a few hours with great success, stand looks great.
First day has been busy as can be seen via the images above, had great feedback and comments about the range and how this little Ol' Australian brand can fit in the global market, specifically the US. We think we have the product and the team to really introduce Rojo with a bang into this Disney land market, and really make a go of it.
stay tuned for some images from the show and also the goodtimes to be had after hours in Denver.

Tori Beattie has one of those days in Switzerland.

Bruson Trees - Shut Your Eyes from zerøspin. on Vimeo.

Though we would like to kid ourselves that we might someday get a day like this in Australia or New Zealand, the reality is that you have to travel to find such an experience. Rojo skier Tori Beattie found hers on this day in February at Bruson, a small resort across the valley from Verbier in Switzerland. We can all dream...

Rojo VIP GLOVE featured in Escape, part of QLD's Courier Mail.

As seen in Escape part of QLD's Courier Mail, here is what the reviewers had to say:

"THE most stylish of the group, this short-length glove has spunk. Its snug fit, goat leather palm and fur- lined inner cuff make you feel more like a well-dressed catburglar than a ski bunny. It’s practical, too, featuring a Hipora insert, Thinsulate insulation, a soft and wide nose wipe and neat clip to keep your pair together. Clever non-catch velcro also keeps your wrist adjustment tidy. Available in six fun colours. "

Check out what Tori has to say about judging the Summit Freeride Challenge

Held At Treble Cone, NZ last Saturday, the Summit Freeride Challenge was a qualifying event for the NZ Open Big Mountain, which is held towards the end of August in extremely challenging terrain. And so the level of skiing at the comp was extremely high as skiers battled it out for only 10 qualifying spots. Tori Beattie was there as a judge, and offers her thoughts on the day at in this video.
